Afternoon in Tooele

The Fletchers told us about one of their favorite hole in the wall diners near Tooele. Since neither of us had plans on Saturday we decided to take an afternoon drive to go on a little hike and get some lunch at Penny's. The food definitely did not disappoint, the weather was beautiful, and the company was even better.

John, introducing Preston to a Lizard. He wasn't sure what to think of it. 

They must go to school to learn how to be little boys. As soon as I gave Preston this stick he had to hit everything along the trail. Made me think of all those hikes with my brothers growing up.

Preston is in heaven when he is surrounded by rocks. He started covering his legs with rocks so....

Believe it or not he loved it and enjoyed the challenge of lifting all those rocks off.

After a hike and time in the sun nothing tastes better than a dripping burger and tater tots.
