It worked! We just had a deal with the kids that for every two conference sessions they stayed awake the entire time they would get a prize. Thus they had to stay in the same room as us. Every child watched, stayed awake during, and at least partially listened to each talk! Tyler threw out gummy bears to people who could tell what the last talk was about or how they would apply it in their lives. Haha, we've talked about how we don't like to bribe for certain behavior, but it was a fun bonding experience!
